Professor Claudia Ostertag delivered the Keynote Lecture at the International Conference on Strain Hardening Cement-based Composite in Dresden, Germany on September 19, 2017.
In her lecture, "Performance Enhancement of Concrete Structures through Multi-scale Crack Control" she presented an overview of the performance enhancement associated with hybrid fiber reinforced concrete (HyFRC) composites when exposed to mechanical loading as well as environmental loading conditions such as corrosion and alkali silica reaction.
