Scott Moura Receives Hellman Fellows Award

Assistant Professor Scott Moura was honored with a Hellman Fellows Award to support the battery-side of his research laboratory, Energy, Controls, & Applications Lab (eCAL).  His winning proposal was entitled, "Optimally Fast-Safe Battery Charging via Pseudospectral Methods."

Moura teaches in CEE's Systems and Energy, Civil Infrastructure and Climate (ECIC) programs.

Established by the late F. Warren Hellman in 1995, the purpose of the Hellman Fellows Fund is to support substantially the research of promising assistant professors who show capacity for great distinction in their research.
