Professor Garrison Sposito, who teaches in the CEE Environmental Engineering program, delivered the prestigious Langbein Lecture, the named lecture of the hydrology section of the American Geophysical Union.
The Walter B. Langbein Lecture is presented once each year. Sposito was awarded the Lectureship for his lifetime contributions to the basic science of hydrology and unselfish service promoting cooperation in hydrologic research.
