Professor Bill Ibbs testified at a Senate transportation committee hearing regarding a lawsuit against the California High-Speed Rail Authority. The lawsuit accuses the state of misleading voters about the transit time and need for an operating subsidy.
Ibbs is a faculty member in CEE's Engineering & Project Management program.
