This position is the primary departmental liaison regarding undergraduate student affairs matters for Engineering Science which is an interdisciplinary major with four distinct curriculums areas: Energy, Environmental Engineering, Math and Statistics, and Physics. The incumbent provides primary contact for undergraduate students as well as prospective undergraduate students. Responsibilities include advising undergraduate students, managing activities related to the undergraduate program (including recruitment, admissions, and retention), scheduling of undergraduate and graduate classes for the College, and providing students, prospective students, faculty, staff, and the general public with detailed knowledge of the University, College, and departmental policies and procedures. Additionally, this position will assist with higher level graduate admissions functions, such as assisting with admitting students and the online application updates.
