Julio is a rising senior majoring in Civil Engineering with a focus on construction management and is also a team member of Cal Construction. The DFI Educational Trust provides scholarships to undergraduate and graduate students studying geotechnical, foundation engineering, and construction management. Scholarships are available through school-specific funds, open to students at specific engineering institutions, and at-large funds, open to any student studying in a related field.
