William Ibbs Appointed Chair to California High-Speed Rail Authority Review Committee

CEE Professor William Ibbs has been appointed by State Controller Betty Yee to serve as the Chair of the California High-Speed Rail Authority (HSRA) Peer Review Committee. Prior to his recent appointment, he has served as a member of the committee for the past year. The purpose of the Committee is to review the planning, engineering, financing, and other elements of the HSRA business plan and review funding plans prior to requests for appropriation of bond proceeds for capital cost expenditures.
