Chancellor Birgeneau has approved the appointment of Professor Nicholas Sitar to the Edward G. Cahill and John R. Cahill Endowed Chair in Civil and Environmental Engineering, for a five-year term, effective July 1, 2011-June 30, 2016.
Professor Sitar teaches in CEE's Geoengineering program.
