Ph.D. students Camila and Mao test the behavior of isolated bridges with tall piers utilizing hybrid simulation in the Structures Lab in Davis Hall! A portion of the test is conducted physically, while the remainder is conducted numerically. Camila's research focuses on the intersection between the seismic behavior of bridges and hybrid simulation.
