RAPID CEE hosted a Lantern Festival Social Lunch Event for students on Friday, February 23rd, with traditional Chinese food and fun activities such as a lantern riddle guess event. Representation of Asian and Pacific Islanders in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (RAPID-CEE) is a graduate student organization whose goal is to build an inclusive, vibrant community for Asian and Pacific Islander graduate students in Civil and Environmental Engineering.
They aim to promote academic excellence, career growth, and cultural enrichment by offering a range of activities like mentorship, social events, and research discussions that facilitate meaningful interactions among students, faculty, and administration.
