CEE Graduate Student Anna Valcarcel Receives NSF Graduate Fellowship

Congratulations to CEE Environmental Engineering student Anna Valcarce for receiving a three-year extended GRFP fellowship from the National Science Foundation! The fellowship will allow her to continue her work on remote sensing of hydrology with CEE Professor Cynthia Gerlein-Safdi.
