RAPID CEE hosted a Lantern Festival Social Lunch Event for students on Tuesday, March 19, as a combined event to celebrate the Holi festival, Ramadan, and Easter. Activities included making Holi-themed Tie-Dye Shirts, Ramadan-themed Coasters & Garlands, and Easter Paper Mache Eggs. Representation of Asian and Pacific Islanders in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (RAPID-CEE) is a graduate student organization whose goal is to build an inclusive, vibrant community for Asian and Pacific Islander graduate students in Civil and Environmental Engineering, and you can find ongoing events on their webpage.
